I have kept many backyard landscape ideas in my mind now for some time, but i work some disasterous office hours and find it nearly impossible to complete and of the ideas ive had. I just want a nice yard! Even though many of the ideas i had were rather conventional and seemingly simple to undertake, such as a wooded picket fence around the roses and an entertainment patio for the BBQ area, they all seemed completely beyond me as i had so little time. All my friends badgered me, saying that i spent entirely too much time at my paying job, and that what was the point in earning it all if i didnt have time to spend it one my backyard lanscaping ideas. Well i had my first heart attack at the age of 54, it was quite obvious to me then that i needed time away from stressful work and to settle into the things i wanted to do, as it was a matter of life and death now. Wow i sound dramatic. |

The most fun part of a new house starts with landscaping the area around it. Planning where to put a lawn, flower beds, shrubs and perhaps a gazebo and a pool can give you ecstatic shivers just thinking of all that leisure built onto your backyard.

Crime rate seem to do nothing but increase more often than they seem to decrease. Just tune into the news or the neighborhood gossips and you will hear bits about people being involved or victimized in some crime.

I like fish. I like looking at them and seeing them go through their lives. One of the games I keep in my computer is called Fish Tycoon. In the game, you grow fish, breed them and then sell them. Pretty much straightforward until you discover that you can tamper with the speed of the game to make it approximate real time. Fascinating.

Lots of landscape design ideas are also available online, with design tips, how to select plants for your particular geographical area, and general care advice.

Placing a birdbath in a garden seems frivolous. When the garden space you have is limited though, a birdbath could be used as a main accent piece with the garden as its background.
